These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the CR444 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user (hereinafter "the Player", "you" or "your"), and CR444 (hereinafter "CR444", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://cr444.cam (hereinafter "the Platform").
By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
CR444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — are a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, CR444 may close all but the original Account, and any balances or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. CR444 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify CR444 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
CR444 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. CR444 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits, along with available payment methods, are displayed in the live cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change.
For Pakistani users, CR444 references familiar domestic payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references only. These references do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any of these institutions, nor do they imply that these providers have approved, authorised or are affiliated with the CR444 platform. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. CR444 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address and proof of payment method before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are detailed in the cashier. Withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for the deposit wherever technically possible.
CR444 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your financial institution may impose its own charges. CR444 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers.
Where a Player requests a withdrawal and the Account has not been fully verified, the withdrawal will be placed on hold until satisfactory verification documents are received. CR444 will not process withdrawals to accounts or wallets not registered in the Player's name.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event or game type. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the published sport or game rules shall take precedence over general betting terms.
CR444 offers sports betting markets on a wide range of events, including Pakistan cricket internationals, PSL fixtures, ICC tournament matches, international football leagues, UFC events and more. The availability of markets for specific events is at CR444's sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.

CR444 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies where required. Any suspected criminal activity identified in connection with an Account will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to the CR444 name and logo, software, text, graphics, images, video, audio, data compilations and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of CR444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of CR444.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CR444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions or errors.
CR444 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond CR444's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. CR444 will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting CR444 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
CR444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, CR444 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. The outcome of any such investigation will be communicated to the Player in writing.
CR444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
CR444 uses industry-standard encryption and security controls to protect your personal data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CR444 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through CR444's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Pakistani users acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. CR444 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. This clause does not constitute legal advice.
CR444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a notice on the Platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where a shorter period is required by law or regulation.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
